Shipping Methods

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

Some oversized or special handling orders will need to be shipped via Common Carrier. The shipping charge and approximate shipping time will be noted at Checkout. Delivery of oversized or special handling orders will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Split Shipments

For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order from the location closest to you. This is not always possible due to the items selected, availability of the parts, and the time it takes to receive some special order items from a manufacturer.

When it is not possible to ship your entire order from a shipping center closest to you, we will split the order and ship from multiple shipping centers. At this time, we do not offer the option to hold all items for same time delivery.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations. We charge standard UPS rates. Please click here for a listing of UPS shipping rates.

Actual Shipping Costs

Actual shipping costs are established by the carrier and calculated by the size and weight of the package and distance. These costs cannot be calculated or anticipated until the order has been received and packed. Upon checking out, you will be notified as to the cost of shipping via the carrier you selected. If this option is no longer available, you will be immediately notified.

Oversized Items

Large, bulky, or oversized items must be shipped by Common Carrier. For these items a surcharge will be added per order. Some smaller shipments and those using APO, HI, AK and PR addresses will receive shipments via Parcel Post. All other shipments, including exports, will made in the manner chosen by the purchaser upon checkout.

We strive to process all orders for shipment within one business day, provided that the products ordered are currently in stock. You should expect either a shipping confirmation or an order status email within 24 business hours of your order. If an item is temporarily/permanently out of stock, we will offer ideas for comparable products and estimated arrival dates for temporarily sold out items.

All in-stock domestic shipments are sent via the US Postal Service or UPS Ground service. Next Day and Second Day Air Service may be chosen at an added cost. Please observe that our published express rates are only applicable to single package shipments under 5 lbs. and with the 48 US States. All other weights/locations are priced based on individual order and location.

* Free Shipping Offer valid for single, non-oversized shipments within the 48 contiguous states only. All other areas must pay regular shipping/handling charges. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice on those shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states.

We will not ship any order prior to advising you of any freight modifications.

Shipping Times:

You will be informed by way of email if your order is to be shipped either partially or completely from a different warehouse than originally specified for any reason. Tracking information for items shipped outside our warehouse is available via email request only.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses:

APO/FPO shipments typically ship by means of USPS Priority Mail. We will email APO/FPO customers with freight quote prior to shipping. APO/FPO customers may not be eligible for our Free Shipping Promotion.
